Fiat Marea 1.6 2001 MIL airbag is lit but no codes?

    Hi Support, MD802 connected to a Fiat Marea 1.6 2001, the airbag light is on but the tool can't find any codes? I can connect to system test and it reads but no codes are found. What is wrong?

    Ok, the connection is OK, you can communicate with the airbag system, then you read the codes. The machine scan the airbag system and no codes are recorded. ..Well, if the machine works OK, then there may be a fault in other systems.

    Try to check your passenger airbag circuit.

    On some manufacturers when the passenger airbag is turned off it will leave the airbag light on as a warning.Therefore your car may not actually have a fault.
